1. Product Introduction


The containerized integrated sewage treatment plant is a compact, skid-mounted, fully packaged decentralized wastewater treatment solution designed for domestic sewage treatment in rural towns, residential communities, scenic spots, service stations, construction camps and public facilities. All treatment units, pipeline systems, aeration equipment, automatic control and disinfection devices are completely integrated inside a standard container. The whole plant is factory prefabricated, fully assembled and tested before delivery, requiring no large-scale civil construction on site. With the advantages of convenient transportation, fast installation, unattended operation and stable effluent quality, it is highly suitable for various temporary and permanent sewage treatment projects, especially for overseas export projects and areas with limited construction conditions.
 
This equipment is mainly applied to treat daily domestic sewage, effectively removing COD, BOD5, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, suspended solids and other pollutants. The effluent can steadily meet national and international discharge standards and can be reused for greening irrigation and site water supply, realizing environmentally friendly and recycled water resource utilization.

 
 

2. Technological Process

The containerized sewage treatment system adopts a mature and optimized biological treatment process with stable operation and strong impact resistance. The complete treatment flow is as follows:
 
Raw Water Inflow → Mechanical Grid → Regulation Tank → Anaerobic Hydrolysis → Anoxic Denitrification → Aerobic Biological Oxidation → Sedimentation → Disinfection → Standard Discharge / Reuse
 
First, the mechanical grid removes large floating impurities and suspended debris to protect subsequent equipment. The regulation tank balances water quantity and water quality fluctuation caused by centralized water consumption and seasonal changes. In the anaerobic and anoxic stages, macromolecular organic matters are decomposed, and denitrification is completed to remove total nitrogen. The aerobic tank utilizes high-efficiency microbial flora to degrade organic pollutants, COD and ammonia nitrogen efficiently. After solid-liquid separation in the sedimentation area, the clean water is disinfected to eliminate harmful bacteria, finally achieving stable and standard discharge. A small amount of sludge is automatically discharged and regularly cleaned, ensuring long-term stable system operation.

The whole system is built in a standard container structure, featuring high structural strength, shock resistance and compression resistance. It is fully adapted to long-distance sea transportation and overseas project delivery. Equipped with a complete PLC automatic control system, the equipment realizes full-process automatic operation including water inlet, aeration, circulation, sedimentation and disinfection. Remote monitoring and fault early warning functions are optional. The system runs 24 hours a day with low failure rate and minimal sludge production. Daily operation only requires simple regular inspection, without full-time professional operators, greatly saving labor and management costs.
